Your Cosmic Chaos Creations order is typically packaged up and shipped out the very next business day. In the rare occasion that we are inundated with orders, it can take up to 3 business days(this is extremely uncommon).

All orders placed on our website will be shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you an email notification containing the tracking number.

Please be advised that once the package is scanned by the shipping carrier and the tracking information indicates it has been accepted, we cannot be held responsible for any delays, damages, or loss during transit. We recommend monitoring your order's tracking status and contacting the shipping carrier directly regarding any delivery inquiries or issues.

It is important to ensure that the shipping address you provided during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided bt the customer.
