The main outer shell and straps are made from marine vinyl fabric. It is water resistant, UV treated(fade resistant), mold and mildew resistant, and has antibacterial and antifungal additives. It has an easy access front pocket and an inner zipper pocket as well as a recessed top entry zipper to keep all your items secured.
